Crafting fresh, well-balanced flavors
Our flagship brew. A well-balanced IPA with a light fruit, citrus and piney hop aroma with full hop flavor. Delicately balanced malt and hops with tasty seasonal blackberry and strawberry rhubarb options and a 6.5ABV.
High Tide IPA
Blackberry High Tide IPA
This 6.5ABV IPA is a fruited variation on our flagship IPA recipe. Nothing is more truly local than our abundant blackberry crops on the peninsula, so this was an obvious pairing! The blackberries lend a subtle tartness to the bittering hops, creating a balanced and drinkable brew. You'll want a second glass!
Strawberry Rhubarb High Tide IPA
This 6.5ABV IPA is a fruited seasonal variation on our flagship IPA recipe. Nothing is more truly local than our personally grown Rhubarb or our abundant strawberry crops on the peninsula, so this was an obvious pairing! The Strawberry Rhubarb blend lends a slight sweetness and subtle tartness to the bittering hops, creating a balanced and drinkable brew. You'll want a second glass!
Neap Tide Kolsch
Tapping into the German response to the famous pale ale our Kolsch brew utilizes German ale yeast, pilsner malt and German hops for the best result. While the ale yeast adds fruity and bread like flavors the cool fermenting temperature gives a recognizable crisp and dry quality for a light and bit fruity beer with a low, 5ABV.
Ebb Tide Kristalweizen
Finding ourselves allergic to the unfiltered Hefeweizen but loving the flavor we set out to make a crisp and fresh variation that carries the aromas and flavors similar to Hefeweizen including citrus and banana but without the unfiltered nature of a Hefeweizen. We fell in love with our 5ABV exceptionally clean, refreshing Kristalweizen! We hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Low Tide Stout
This 7.0ABV Stout boasts a deep and rich flavor profile with subtle floral notes. It has a velvety texture that coats the tongue in a smooth, satisfying way. The initial taste is bold and malty, with a subtle sweetness that gives way to a more complex blend of flavors as you savor each sip. There’s a deep, roasted character to the brew, with a sturdy backbone to the beer’s body. This Stout also has hints of cacao throughout the flavor profile balancing out the sweetness of the malt.
